Each April, people across the world celebrate Earth Day with public events, political speeches, and an increased appreciation for our environment. Since 2009, it has even been recognized by the United Nations and will continue to be recognized till at least 2015. Many companies celebrate Earth Day as a way to improve their branding and reach out to environmentally-conscious customers.
